TrainlyLabs connects contributors with opportunities to participate in AI-related projects, learning experiences, and community initiatives. These Contributor Guidelines outline the standards and expectations for all contributors using the platform.

1. Professional Conduct

Contributors are expected to act professionally, respectfully, and honestly in all interactions with TrainlyLabs, project managers, reviewers, and fellow contributors.

• Communicate respectfully.
• Provide accurate information.
• Meet agreed deadlines whenever possible.
• Respond promptly to project-related communications.

2. Quality Standards

Contributors should submit work that is accurate, complete, and carefully reviewed before submission.

• Follow project instructions.
• Review work for errors before submitting.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail.
• Ask questions when project requirements are unclear.

3. Original Work

Unless a project explicitly permits otherwise, all submitted work must be your own original work or work that you have the legal right to use.

You must not submit plagiarized, copied, or unauthorized content.

4. Confidentiality

Some contributor projects may involve confidential information, datasets, prompts, or evaluation materials.

Contributors must not disclose, copy, or share confidential project information without written authorization from TrainlyLabs.

5. Responsible Use of AI

Where AI tools are permitted, contributors must use them responsibly and in accordance with project requirements.

Contributors should not submit AI-generated work as original human work if a project specifically prohibits doing so.

6. Prohibited Activities

Contributors must not:

• Share account credentials.
• Submit fraudulent or misleading work.
• Attempt to manipulate project results.
• Use automated methods where prohibited.
• Violate applicable laws or the TrainlyLabs Terms of Service.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.

7. Payments

Eligible contributors may receive payment for successfully completed projects in accordance with the requirements and payment terms for each project.

Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee assignment to future projects or a minimum amount of work.

8. Account Standing

Contributor access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if these guidelines, the Terms of Service, or project requirements are violated.

TrainlyLabs reserves the right to review contributor activity to help maintain platform quality, fairness, and integrity.

9. Updates to These Guidelines

These Contributor Guidelines may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the platform, contributor programs, or project requirements. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
